DOES CUSTOM-DESIGNED JEWELRY COST MORE?
This is probably the biggest misconception. The truth is: not necessarily. Price is based largely on the design and what gemstones, diamonds, or precious metals we are using to make your custom-designed piece. With our advanced CAD technology, we are able to bring your design to life faster and more precisely than ever before. Our design consultations are free of charge and we will custom design any piece valued at $500 or more.
HOW LONG DOES A CUSTOM ORDER TAKE?
Custom jewelry design can take as little as one week or as long as several weeks, from consultation to production. On average, most custom orders are completed and ready to ship in 2-4 weeks. In special situations, the project can be expedited if working on a tight timeline.
WHAT ARE LAB GROWN DIAMONDS?
A lab grown diamond has the exact same physical, chemical, and optical features as a natural diamond, just grown in a laboratory rather than the Earth. Both lab and natural diamonds are made of carbon and will test as a diamond...because they both are! WHAT’S THE BEST WAY TO TAKE CARE OF MY JEWELRY?
We recommend that you have your jewelry cleaned regularly to keep it free from the natural buildup of oil, dirt, and lotions. At home, warm water with a few drops of mild dish soap on a new, clean toothbrush will usually do the trick. At times, it is necessary to have your jewelry professionally cleaned to remove encrusted dirt on diamonds. HOW WILL MY ITEM BE SHIPPED?
Grace Jewelry offers insured, global delivery on every jewelry order at no additional charge to our customers. With security in mind, all packages shipped from Grace Jewelry require an adult signature upon receipt. Please note that we do not ship to P.O. Boxes. Additionally, we proudly welcome all local customers within the city of Phnom Penh and surrounding areas to come in and meet our staff and to see our lovely selection of fine jewelry.

While all sales are final (no returns or exchanges), we do have a lifetime upgrade policy. We will give you credit for your full purchase price toward an upgrade of greater value, less the cost of shipping and handling of the upgrade. Contact us for more details.
